CLASS OF THE MONTH

Body Works Power Yoga
Yes, Yoga is for everyone. Do the class within your limits and abilities. Breathing is a requirement, and if you are reading this you likely qualify. Starting yoga does not demand in inherent strength of flexibility — just desire. Modifications are generally given.

Bring your own mat, or purchase one at Body Works.
Yoga Mat $24/carrier $14, discount 20% for both.
