CARDIO MEDICINE BALL, XTRA A great core strengthening class using the 2-4 LB. medicine ball. Also using resistant tubing for upper body definition. Finishing off with the medicine ball for abdominal and core exercises.
BOSU KICK & GLIDE STRENGTH
A stability ball with a platform that improves coordination, balance, and strength. The gliding disc turns traditional exercise into smooth flowing moves for a unique and unbelievable workout experience.
HIP HOP KICK-BOXING
This high-energy class will boost your endorphins and metabolism. Using body sculpting moves that will give you killer abs without even getting on the floor.
CROSS TRAINING PLUS CORE
This class cross trains aerobic exercise with weight training. Starting off with the aerobic stepper and cross training with hand weights, resistant tubing, and the body bar. By cross training aerobics with weight training this will build your stamina and endurance.
POWER YOGA
Ashtanga is the style of yoga taught at body works. You will be moving through a series of postures flowing from one posture to another to build strength, flexibility and stamina.
